Garden Towers is a twin tower, premium grade residential development with retail and landscaped gardens designed by Crone architects in 2012. The site is located in Makati, in the heart of the retail district in the Philippines. The project consists of residential, retail and basement carpark levels that connect to Glorietta Shopping Centre at ground and basement levels. The residential towers house 682 apartments and are 60 and 51 levels each, with a total gross floor area of 127,000sqm.
The project is a 2 stage development with Tower 1 currently under construction.

Main entrance begins with a lush green wall drop off

• Significant portion of the 9,010 sqm lot is dedicated to exclusive gardens that also house the development’s pool and social amenities

• Palm Promenade offers a sweep of green with shopping and dining options on both sides
Sky Gardens
• Alternating between the East and West Corners and every two floors, the sky gardens are 20 sqm areas of natural light and generous garden spaces accessible to residents on that floor
Crone Partners have 6 residential towers under construction in the Philippines with a further 10 towers in various stages of Design in Makati and Cebu. The towers range from 20 to 55 levels totaling more than 5,000 apartments and over 500,000m2 of office GFA over a 10 year period.
The Arya Residence in Fort Bonifacio Global City is a good example of Crone’s commitment to Green Buildings. Arya is the first Green Certified residential building in the Philippines targeting LEED Gold and BERDE Ratings. The Arya Residence has won numerous awards including the 2012 South East Asia Property Awards “Best Residential Development” in the Philippines.
The iconic 128 Nivell Hills is the latest design to dazzle the Philippine market.
128 Nivell Hills is a high rise residential condominium whose unique aesthetic and modern living features make it a major competitor in the current Cebu market. The project is the first major development for the client Diamond Hiland Inc. giving the new developer great design credibility in Cebu.
The project is located in the Central Visayas region in Cebu and will consist of 560 apartments, a niche retail component and quality amenities including numerous pools, roof top gardens, a gymnasium and events spaces. The development will cater for the upscale market and reflect the modern lifestyle of its residents and investors.
The concept proposes two towers whose composition gives the impression of shifting elliptical floor plates. This unconventional form is successful in creating a dramatic appearance whilst also maximising 360 degree unobstructed views of the surrounding Cebu landscape and coast.
