The name “Garden Towers” was derived from a number of green initiatives in the master plan, including green landscaped gardens, green roofs, a green wall at the entrance of the residential development and green sky lobbies designed every 4 levels of the tower.

Garden Towers is an AYALA Land Premier Grade development located in Central Makati in the heart of the Retail Precinct. Our role was the early design phases; Concept Master Plan, Schematic Design and Design Development Review and the local architect AIDEA produced the Detail Documentation.

The Condo’s are selling extraordinarily well. In August 2015 Tower 1 was 92% sold and Tower 2, 70% sold. I wish I had the money and I would have bought one myself.

Filinvest’s signature commercial development, designed by Crone Architects, is full steam ahead under construction in the Philippines. The site is located at Filinvest City, Alabang and has a total GFA of 180,000m2. Filinvest aim to complete the basement parking, ready for use by June 2016 and the target completion date for Tower 1 is June 2017. The development which includes 4 BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) towers, car parking, civic park and F & B retail, is due for completion 2022 and targets a LEED Gold Environmental Rating, through the US Green Building Council.

The concept, resembling a butterfly shape in plan, assembles 4 towers around a central park and retail hub creating a quiet respite for the North Cyberzone Business Park community.

What a great feeling! Finally sitting on the right side of the plane, camera at the ready, capturing on film, our towers at the end of the Manila American Memorial, Fort Bonifacio Global City. I was also lucky to have the opportunity to walk around the development, whose concept was visioned in 2010 and now nearly complete. Arya Residences is a premier grade, mixed use development designed by Crone Architects, for Arthaland and boasting dual green certification, LEED Gold and BERDE. These photos were taken in the Philippines earlier this week. Tonight its flying back home to Sydney. Marimang Salamat Po my Filipino friends, thanks for the hospitality!
