Exciting to see the Bruce Masterplan Project develop from Concept through to Marketing Phase. My first project collaborating with AURORA Design, since starting my own practice in February 2018. I have known the director of AURORA Design, Maurice Mandalinic for over 24 years and its great to work with someone who not only has extensive experience in Residential Design and Delivery, but who is also a good friend. Equally impressive is TP Dynamic’s vision to improve the Urban Streetscape of Bruce through quality design and their ability to promote innovative and creative design solutions.

Having visited Japan in 2016, I was delighted to find these images in Pinterest. I drove past the Nagakin Capsule Tower (photo below) designed by Kisho Kurowaka and always wanted to know what it looked like inside. Some lessons to learn from this 1972 building on how to design micro, affordable housing for the masses.
